About GZDI

Established in 1952, Guangzhou Design Institute (GZDI) is among the first batch of Grade A survey and design institutes in China and was once designated by the former State Planning Commission as one of the four leading design institutes in China for hospitality design.

Over the past 60+ years, GZDI has established highly influential brand identity with keen pursuit for quality and technology, as evidenced by such honorable titles received as National Excellent Design Team, First Batch of National Trustworthy Survey and Design Enterprise in China, Top 100 Contemporary Chinese Architectural Design Institutes and National Advanced Engineering Exploration and Design Enterprise.

In the future, GZDI will keep practicing green, environment friendly and low carbon design concepts while carrying forward the Linangnan architecture culture.
